Style Capsule FAQ
These are a list of the most frequent questions we have received in regards to items from our Style Capsule. Still don't see a question you have answered below? please fill out the contact form below and leave a detailed message. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!
1. Why does it take so long for it to be shipped?
All our apparel comes directly from the manufacturer. So when you place an order for your items, we then relay that order to the manufacturer. After which, they will pick, pack, and ship your products to you.
2. Do you not have these items on hand?
No, these are not items that we have on hand. So our normal shipping time of 5-7 business days will not apply to anything ordered via our Style Capsule Collections
3. I am receiving my style capsule order in numerous packages, why?
Our manufacturer has items that are shipped either from their warehouse hub in China, or their warehouse hub in the United States. So depending what you order, your items may be coming from both hubs. Therefore, items will be shipped separately from one another. So if you're missing an item, don't be alarmed! It is more than likely shipping from the China warehouse hub.
4. What happens if i've ordered organization products, and items from the Style Capsule? Will they come in the same package?
No, your items will come in different packages. Anything ordered from our organization collections will arrive in its own shipment, while your Style Capsule pieces will arrive in another. So don't be alarmed if you receive numerous packages.
5. I received a tracking number, but don't see any tracking movement?
Some items are shipped from overseas in China. As they receive orders USPS tracking numbers are automatically created that will then be put on the appropriate order. After orders leave from the warehouse hub in China, they will be transported to a warehouse hub in the States. After which it will begin its journey to your doorstep and tracking will appear. Don't be alarmed if this happens. Allow up to 5-10 business days before you start to see tracking
6. What happens if I have questions about my order?
You can email us at email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject, and a detailed email about your question in regards to your order.
7. Can I still use Shop Pay, Afterpay on my order with items from the Style Capsule?
Yes, you can still use Shop Pay or Afterpay at checkout as you normally would.
8. Is COVID effecting shipping?
DHL & USPS are the primary carriers used for all orders. At this time they have been experiencing delays in shipping time due to COVID and the holidays. So please be patient with shipping times if they become delayed. We have tried to account for this in the estimated shipping time frame given at the top of each collection & within each product description.
